The First Continental Congress allocated funds to purchase 20,000 Bibles to be distributed in the Thirteen Colonies. At the same time, they funded the startup of a printing company in Boston to print Bibles. Times have changed! Yet, the Bible is still relevant today. It contains the mind of God, the state of humankind and the way to salvation. It contains light to direct you, food to sustain you, and comfort to keep you. It is worth reading daily!
