Stumbling isn’t the final word for the Christian. When you stumble, stumble to your knees at the feet of Jesus! Don’t minimize the sin. Admit it, ask forgiveness and press on.

We have an advocate who is far greater than the adversary. In Romans 8 we read that our advocate is interceding for us at the right hand of God. Jesus, at the moment we fail, takes up our case and pleads it before the Father!

Some people seem to think that if they stumble and sin, they must go back to the beginning and start their spiritual journey all over. Not so! Jesus tells us to go and sin no more, but if we do sin, He has made provision for us. We can repent and go on, knowing He has forgiven us!
